Have you read the FAQ's ? only you know if you have read enough to feel confident about starting this .You could always send your DPAR and read around more while you are waiting ?

Hi Tracey,

Yes, send your DPA and you'll have plenty of time to mug up on what to do next. That's what I did earlier this week. It helps to write a plan of action, with a time frame: DPA followed by first letter asking for repayment of charges (giving them 14 days) then LBA (another 14 days) then file the claim if they haven't paid you in full. All the templates you need are in the library. Get at 'em!

How long before statements are returned by Nationwide????

 

Does the timescale of these claims depend on the amount of money being claimed?

 

There is so much on this site to swot up on it's making my brain go fuzzy

You are best reading the FAQ's first you will find them on the main page in bright red most of your questions will be answered in there .Once you send your SAR . they have 40 days by law to comply
