:) Hey Guys

First post for this claim but wanted to share it with you all.

Submitted claim against LTSB for £480 plus 8% plus court fees after following all the correct procedures, LTSB consistently sent their normal "get lost our charges are not charges, they are fees" letters.

Got the return date and date for prelim hearing and upon calling the court after the return date was told that LTSB intended to defend.

Well, guess what, the money was put into my account on the morning of the court date and they never turned up!!!

LTSB paid my claim in full, so the message is - don't let their brinkmanship put you off. If you see it through you WILL win.

This was my second claim against them and both times the exact same thing happened!

GO GET THEM, IT'S YOUR MONEY AND ALL YOU'RE DOING IS ASKING FOR IT BACK!

CONGRATULATIONS

Any advice given by me is based solely on my experience in claiming, my experience in CAG or my opinion. I have no legal background. I want to encourage others to reclaim what is theirs.

Got a DCA breaking OFT guidance. Complain to the OFT about the DCA. Help put an end to these practices-
