basically its hearing by telephone.

As the claimant you have the rights to object.

In order to advise you further it would be a good idea if you could give some deeper info

There are quite a few of us in the same position - either with court dates or waiting for dates - I have had two offers so far which I have rejected .

 

Best thing you can do after reading FAQ and step by step instructions is to read through the threads on the A&L forum.
