  3. Hello ladies and gentleman... My mother has a pension of £665 per month and my sister that lives with her earns £16.000 per annum and she has her student loan which is accumulating interest(it is)... The rent is £133 per week and council tax of £73 per month... My mother has £13 per week housing benefit..... So my question is if anyone knows how it is calculated and does the council tax and housing benefit awarded seem correct... A big great thank you if anyone can help..

Hi I really need your help I have a £500 deposit and the landlady had said I have left the mattress in a disgusting condition which I have not it was not in the best of shape when I moved in...I have disputed it with her and she has said she will leave £200 in my account from the £500 deposit...the mattress was thin and rubbish and not even a memory foam which I have seen from £169 from top shops....Just get most of my money back I offered to get her a mattress....what are my rights/what can I do.... This is a letter i have drafted to some managers at orange and was wondering what else i could add as its getting beyond a joke now......thanks in advance Dear Sir I have been a orange customer for many years now and for the past few years I have put up with very poor reception in my house,It has come to the point that I have to write to you as the situation has become worse over the last year and a half. I had been in contact with your customer services A few years ago regarding the situation and was told "There's nothing we can do It's a bad area for signals",So i just left it at that but Half the time I have no signal and the other times I have one bar of signal sometimes I can be sitting indoors with my phone next to me and my home phone will go off with someone calling me on that after trying my mobile or my phone will come to life later with a message of a missed call all the time it has not been moved. It has come to the stage that if me or my partner(who is also on orange)want to use the phone to have a decent conversation we have to move towards a window and stand there trying to get a decent signal which I find unacceptable bearing in mind I'm paying orange over £500 per year(for my phone alone) for a service I am not receiving and my partner is paying her own contract...

  10. Well as people have said it's been over twenty years for anything and I will Have to send a statue barred letter if contacted again and report for harassment....but I don't like the way they got my mobile I asked to be off the directory....
  11. I can't remember much(i binned the letter)I know the main company is arrow global handled by a their external company called clarity
  12. No only default ever....it was on my credit file then but my file had been good for over 20 years
