Bingodog vs Nationwide A Victory!!!!

Just to let you all Know The Nationwide have refunded all my charges of £2736.81 minus court costs (which I will still chase them for!).

We were due to go to court at the end of the month,I recieved confirmation from the court that Charles Bacon was going to defend all of my claim but they refunded all of the charges.It is becoming clear that the Nationwide staff havn't got a clue what one another is doing.

Anyway I hope that my victory inspires you all to stand firm against these [edit] and gives you hope with your own claims.

I will still use the forum to see how you do and the donate button will be pressed shortly!
