RIGHT!!!lol 1st things 1st, how i become a gold member lol

2ndHELPPPPPPPPPPP

This mycol is scary........ can see me having nightmares tonight lol and im only just filling it in ready

  • Does this claim affect my Human rights??? lmao does it?? i dont no lol
  • Do I want to reserve the right to claim interest??

Its nearly 1am that last question i just think im not reading it right lol

I think the rest is pretty straight forward, particulars of claim meaning in a nice way that hsbc stole my moneyyyyyyy

Also, if any one out there has the answer to this one?

I am on working and family tax (higher rate) and recieve a medium housing benifit ( only because I live in an area i cant afford to live in lol)

Im sure I read somewhere in the vast posts that you maybe able to get payment towards the court costs??

Is this right or do you no where I could find any info on that wee subject?

Many thanks

Kelley

OH lord lol

IM REALLY SORRY PEOPLE......Im not 100% thick(perhaps 99.9%)

I no that th template works out the interest for you at the rate of 8%, but am I missing something?

The claimant claims interest under section 69 of the County Courts Act 1984 at the rate of 8% a year from {date when the money became owed to you} to {the date you are issuing the claim} of £ {put the amount} and also interest at the same rate up to the date of judgment or earlier payment at a daily rate of {enter the daily rate of interest}.

How much is the daily rate???

ok i'll have to look for the proper link but i think you can ask for 'remission' or something!! lol

the courts will look at your financial status and give their verdict as to whether you can skip on some charges

i'll be back!

i never bothered with the daily rate so can't be sure

i think it's 0.00022 or something

If i've been helpful in any way....then tip my scales over there!

use this - from the 'getting MCOL right' section

...at a daily rate of £0.xx; - This daily rate of interest is calculated by multiplying the total value of the claim (charges plus overdraft interest, if claimed) by 0.00022

For example,

£1,429 in charges

£27.40 in overdraft interest

Total £1,456.40

1466.58 x 0.00022 = 0.32 - This would therefor be £0.32p on a daily basis.

Please ensure you do your own calculation based on your totals
