It could be the latter yes, you would have to check.

I'm quoting someone else here, but sure it's right:

up to £300 ~ £30

£300.01 - £500 ~ £50

£500.01 - £1,000 ~ £80

£1,000.01 - £5,000 ~ £120

£5,000.01 - £15,000 ~ £250

filed money claim yesterday 1st June today received a letter from Barclays dated 1st June offering £975 as a guesture of goodwill!!!!!!!!!do i

 

a) write and tell them i have started a moneyclaim

b) phone them and tell them

c) ignore the letter:eek:

I wouldn't bother, they will soon be receiving your claim and will see from the issue date that they were too late.

 

Let them respond to that

Did they send you the letter after their 14 days to respond?

Ive been looking round some of the Barclay threads this afternoon and noticed that a lot of claims have been put in to the courts but no replies either paid in full or appeared in court........so.........ive come to the conclusion that Barclays must have a hit squad out there and once you get your court date......
