What a good day in the end - nice to meet some new faces to add to all the stale old ones (ha ha ha) - the weather was fickle, but managed to stay sunny when we were outside and raining when we were inside.

Before Crush and I are castigated by Bookie over "extincted" and "condensated" it must be pointed out that she committed the ultimate faux pas: eating a pastie from the middle...the middle I ask you, do they not have manners in France?

Mrs Spice, Ginger Spice and myself are all well and truly stuffed - we had far too much to eat, but in such pleasant company it was a forgivable oversight.

Bookings for Eden/Beach 2008 are now being taken...

What a GREAT day.

Proper Cornish Pasty's thanks to Spicenix. A very interesting time at 'Eden' (my feet are killing me !!) Crusher is a real man, not a Darlek and does good things with fire and meat. A good laugh at the beach with some very good company, and it even managed to stay dry, on the outside at least !!!. And I have to say, some of the best behaved little 'Cagger's' you could meet.

Thanks everyone for a great day out.

Well I have to say it was a blast, a certain srfrench any myself arrived on Friday and had a jlloy night out with Spicey Mrs Spicey and Ginger Spicey and mr Lex, a charming group, Saturday was a blast , (the Eden project is a must, if you like plants and a must if you are not that fussed - magnificent )ok, certain CAG members got LEFT BEHIND by the other attendees when they went to the loo!!!! but the bbq on the beach was a blast, Crusher did the cooking, Mr and Mrs Lex supplied the meat and Mrs Crusher and the Crushettes were absolutely charming as Mr Mr and Mrs Lex, Bookie only made a few rude comments and srfrench was a perfect gent as ever !!!

Put me down for the 2008 do lol

Yup - the pics are great. As a point for your question, none of the plants in the rainforest dome will grow outside in the UK (the whole point of the dome) although some of them can be grown indoors...hence the crass commercialism on the way out...

Lex will now have to fix his suspension after carrying all that raw meat. Funny, I swear the box had "Longleat" written on it. Spicenix supplied loads of pasties, which were so nice that even the "worm" enjoyed them. Thanks to Booky for NOT bringing rice and bits, Frenchie for ferrying Lula about, and Lula for not swearing all the time.

Thats a slanderous comment Mr Crusher, I only swear lots when I have had a skinful and I believe that only Spicey, Mrs Spicey and Frenchy saw that lol

I have to say that Proper Cornish pasties are FANTASTIC I will never be able to eat pasties that are made by thosewhosenameIamnotallowedtosay ever again. Infact Cornwall itself is brill so expect a visit by Lula, Mr Lula and the monkey sometime over the summer, perhaps a minimeet in Dairyland or something one day? :)

Glad you all had a nice day, it was nice to put faces to names. I won't say which two, but they are not unlike their avatars in a strange way.
Clearly Lula isn't one of them...would that be Bookie the witch and Crusher the Dalek then?
