Exempt claim fees.

In the instructions its stated...

 

If you are receiving benefits of any kind, you may be exempt from the fees.

 

Where do I find this out, on the moneyclaim site it does not mention it or allow for it when claiming.

It appears that you haven't read up on this process much yet, you need to spend a good few days reading through the FAQ's, Step-By-Step guide, external links/guideance notes and forums etc to know what you are doing.

 

There is a link here: http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/infoabout/fees/county.htm to the HMCourts and it details all different types of fees and who doesn't have to pay, please read round the site more so the mods don't have to keep answering the same questions, and good luck with your claim!

On the moneyclaim site you have to pay online then aply for a refund once you have filled out and returned the EX160 form that can be downloaded from the courts website

 

the other way is the way i found better is to print out the form fill in and take it to your local county court along with your N1 claim form. they will check it there and then and you pay nothing providing you can show proof of benefit
