Moved from BT Business to Openreach about 12 months ago now. No issues whatsoever, the closure of the old account and the opening of the new account was all handled with by BT.

Never had any letter from BT advising I owe them money. I have a letter from BT asdvising they owe me 38.10.

Now have a letter from JCI 'Notice of assignment of outstanding debt' advising i owe £150, for an account number i've never heard of.

Where do i go from here?

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
