simply phone northants bulk quoting the claim number and ask for the status of claim to be checked and read to you.

 

mcol wont reset anything so you can gain access again online, they can't, it never happens.

 

as long as AOS is confirmed, pers if i had your brain, i'd switch off till 20th may now when you need to file that bland defence i pointed too by that email i gave you so its there by the 22nd 4pm.......seriously.

I’ll call Northants Tuesday (closed bank hol) and get status. I have that N9 which was given as a kind of receipt of filling out mcol. It and yes for Maccy D I’ll chill till 19/20th. Can’t wait for Thursday to see DCBHell solicitors face when they need to pay me my £275 back and hopefully damages. 

 

I’ll call northants Tue and ask nicely if they can help confirm. I have it written down on paper on my desk so it’s not going to go amiss anytime soon.

mcol dont send any forms out when you login and respond to the claim

the N9 forms all came when you got the whole claimform pack on or around the 30th.

Yes here is the first few lines just so we on same page....

 

The Defendant contends that the particulars of claim are vague and generic in nature which fails to comply with CPR 16.4.  The Defendant accordingly sets out its case below and relies on CPR r 16.5 (3) in relation to any particular allegation to which a specific response has not been made.

1.  The Defendant is the recorded keeper of [motor vehicle].

2.  It is denied that the Defendant entered into a contract with the Claimant.

simply copy and paste it from our sticky directly as the text of your email.

 

the important bit is you must get your subject line of the email correct.

i pers would NOT put extra details in the subject heading other than what their guide i copied here says.

all their email addresses issue receipt reply automatically back to your sent email AD.

All email contacts for the court system now end in justice.gov.uk

If you haven't managed to respond to the claim against you by logging in to MCOL using the claim reference and password provided it may be a good idea to also send a copy of your defence by post.

Will do. I have read some actually. Maybe just not in detail. 
Hooe I don’t have to sit in front of a judge again. The apparent power these [edited - HB] have is bewildering. 
My mental health been screwed with that last case. I’m out of it now but it was like slow strangulation getting heavier and heavier. How is it possible that this is allowed!!?

They think they have a case in contract law. Don't take this personally, parking companies issue thousands and thousands of claims every year, you're far from being the only one. And you've got us helping you.
