Hey everyone

Here is what has happened

Sunday, I asked three to upgrade my account from sim only to a full contract with the iPhone 14, they agreed to remove the early upgrade fee and I had to pay £45 upfront.

 

I was advised all was good and would be delivered Tuesday, I got an email on Monday with DPD tracking and I checked this Tuesday morning to check for the 1-hour time slot and it showed the package had been recalled by Three.

I contacted live chat again and they advised someone will be in contact within 2-3 business days. I raised a complaint about this and had a call last night from the complaints team who advised the agent who processed the order had not done it correctly and had not performed a credit check and this is why the package had been recalled. The agent who called me transferred me to another member of staff who did the credit check and it was declined.

I told the agent from the complaints team the issues this has caused and will be calling me back today to discuss it after the outcome of the credit check.

They sent me a bill today for the new amounts and applied the new package to my account but unsure what I should do or say to them about the entire mess they have made.

 

I am very annoyed at the messing around, admit they are in the wrong and the agent will be dealt with internally

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Ok well point out p'haps by chat or email that for some unknown reason, you been billed for a new phone they cancelled delivery on, not you  please revise the bill

Other than being quite annoyed with the promise of the new phone, sold my old one and will be without a phone for a few days yes.
