Soccersixes holding me hostage

I’ve scanned through and saw a lot of soccersixes posts on here but they don’t really help with my situation. 
 

I’ll Quickly sum it up as it’s very long and tedious but I will answer questions if needed.

 

joined soccersixes about June/July time. Well into a new season. Tried to leave before new one started but apparently I missed the 2 week notice period before next season starts. Was told that if I wouldn’t show up I’d be subject to pay the entire seasons fines which was ludicrous (about £660). Team and I reluctantly played until a replacement was found. This was 3 months ago. No replacement.

 

tried telling the organiser our intent to quit and I’ve been sent letters with fines on for missed games and if they wasn’t paid they’d be passed over to debt collectors. 

 

-in the games we’ve played we’ve only ever played 3 teams in a 6 team league.

-one of my teammates got assaulted and life threats by an opponent who received 0 punishment.

-referee half asses watching the games.

And a few other minor occurrences but overall just money grabbing by the organisers. I’ve been threatened with multiple fines and threats to be passed over to the FA. I need a way out of this league ASAP as it is clear they are holding us hostage until this season is over. I cannot play any more games as my team are refusing to play. I don’t feel safe just ignoring them as I don’t want to be passed over to debt recovery, nor do I want any legal action taken. 
 

What can I do? Happy to answer questions.

they cant fine you

they cant report you to anyone and even if they did they have no powers of enforcement.

 

simple ignore everyone and everything and walk away.

 

these people dont do court

debt recovery - or as we call them a DCA is NOT A BAILIFF

and has 

ZERO legal power on ANY DEBT - no matter what its type!!

So this wont affect me in the future if i let them pass me onto the DCA?

 i was told that it could pose some problems in the future if i was to apply for a mortgage or something along those lines. 

 

Im just extremely worried this might come back on me in the future, when looking through these posts i didnt see any update on whether leaving created some backlash.

If people haven't come back to their threads, then it's likely they didn't have problems. It would be nice if we had completed threads for you to read but sadly previous posters don't update them.

A DCA has no powers to do anything, let alone effect a mortgage application!

debt is not a crime

you dont have any debt

you dont owe anyone anything.

a dca has zero powers on any debt. fake one or not.

ill be sure to update it after some time has passed. So all i wanna know now is will this affect me in my later life? or will it come back to bite me?

Please listen to DX and FTM Dave, you are falling for a DCA's fake authority where they have none. It's all just scare tactics and they have no more power than my cat (I haven't got a cat) to extort money from you.

Might be worth seeing if YOU can take them tocourt for the assaults and threats you and your team suffered, if you have sufficient evidence of that.

Update;

since my last reply on this thread I’ve received a letter of non attendance and fines. To which I ignored.

 

today, my mate who isn’t even registered to my team on the website (has a login but isn’t on my team sheet) got a letter. 

is there a way I can link the picture to the letter?

they dont and can't do court.

and anyway would have to abide by the pre action protocol and send a letter of claim 1st via a solicitor

so it shows what twaddle they write is all hot air as they dont even know the correct court process.
