I need to return a faulty 2nd hand car

 i purchased a ford fiesta last week from a second hand dealer.

 

Within 10 mile the clutch went.

 

They fixed it within 3 days, but there is still a problem. Ive had it looked at by another garage as i didn't have faith in theirs.

 

They came back and said it had an incorrect driveshaft and no oil in the gearbox

 

. I'd prefer to return it to the dealer but i get the feeling he's going to refuse

 

. What do i say or do to deal with him?

He cant refuse.

under consumer law its faulty, you are within 30 days short term right to reject, not fit for purpose.

I'm of the opinion that he's going to make this really hard. Is pursuing it through small claims expensive?

No but he cant refuse under the law. There is no quibble.
