I have a PCN for the offence at 14:56 on 17/05/2021 Alexandra Rd Junction of Queens Rd, Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames i have the paper work which i can upload, i am not aware of the area in question is there anything thing i can present to challenge the PCN any help would be appreciated

unless you can prove the signs are unclear it might be better to take advantage of the discount period and argue later.

Search on https://londontribunals.org.uk/ in the statutory register for Alexandra Rd Junction of Queens Rd, Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames PCNs if any have been cancelled on signage issues

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

You can't "take advantage of the discount period and argue later" if this means pay up at discount and then appeal.

 

Paying closes the case, at discount or otherwise.

 

Only time it doesn't is for removals.
