Yes as previously mentioned 22nd was the soonest date from the 10th I could post the letter as I have been receiving treatment. I recently went through the claims possession process with the county court and I submitted the evidence and full details in a separate document to the original form I filled in online I thought this would be the same case, which would give me a chance to give a more in depth account of the process and my tracking number and include exhibits such as the emails back and forth. Am I right in saying I now can go longer submitted extra info to supplement my claim? Apologies I understood the time scale process incorrectly, I thought I was sending a chase/reminder letter on Day 14, I understood incorrectly that I filling in the online form was in fact this.

Thanks for your thorough response I do appreciate the efforts the organisers go to in this forum in their own time. I am currently receiving treatment which has caused a delay in me sending this off and unfortunately that has to take priority. I have done a fair amount of reading however the process is confusing especially for someone who does not have experience in this and experience with the terminology. Because I have already submitted my claim on MoneyClaim website, am I able to submit a particulars form (N1) with more detail, as I was fairly brief on the moneyclaim form although my series of events is fairly straight forward I am not sure this would be required?
