I bought a phone online & the man sent the package to me through “parcel 2 go”,

I got a reference number and everything online was fine,

I kept looking at the tracker,

I would stay home every day they say they would be delivering & they never come,

the only way to contact them is on live chat on their website which they close after they “help” you which is the same thing everyday for a month

they apologise & ask for my address again & I even kept giving my number for the courier to call if he can’t find my address, which in itself is ridiculous,

impossible not to find an address on google maps,

no one ever called me and no one ever even passed by my house when I got notifications that a delivery was attempted,

finally they then told me they cannot help me that they only deal with the sender,

I contacted the guy I got the phone from

he said he will help but because I already sent him the money I don’t think he cared to actually deal with them

eventually I told him I need my money back,

it is not my problem that I paid for the phone & didn’t receive it,

he won’t answer me anymore and now I don’t know what to do,

there is no way to contact them at all,

can someone please let me know how I can get my money back?

how did you buy the phone (which website ebay/facebook etc)?

how did you pay for the item?

you do realise that mobile phones are the biggest scam out there more than 55% are scammers that never send the phone ever!

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

When you say what the phone online, do you mean eBay? How did you buy it? What is the name of the seller?

You are entitled to claim against Parcel2Go under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 which basically says that if you are a beneficiary of the contract then you enjoy exactly the same rights as the directly contracting partner.

Parcel2Go know this but of course they won't tell you.

What kind of phone was it and how much did you pay?
