Do you really want the authorities to know what websites you look at , who you communicate with . Its bad enough at the moment when you book something online and google then fills the page with ads for the same thing or when you shop online and Tesco say "have you forgotten x"

 

Do you really think that clubcard or nectar or even your credit card is done just to drive loyalty , no they make money out of it by selling your details

 

Recently I opted out of the NHS sharing of data, I do not want my medical data to potentially be sold to drug companies etc

 

 

As for communism , as already said, North Korea , The Soviet Union and China are not and probably never have been communist , the nearest the USSR came to being communist was in the era of Lenin . As for Cuba , well there is a lot of bad press about Cuba, we never hear the good things such as their health care .

 

Socialism is a step on the way to communism and before that Capitalism . After Communism comes Utopia

 

For the Sci Fi fans maybe Star Trek is a communist Utopia

 

 

I am not pro capitalism but what could Communism really offer? Actually in the 60s etc Communism was about shared wealth and transfer of brilliant ideas on Communist countries such as China, and in view of Russia, it was very nice for some people. It depends whom you ask really. In Russia, they could leave their doors open...everyone apparently had enough, was comfortable and didn't need to steal. If you ask others however they may have negative view of it. The Americans were very anti Communist that they contemplated a false flag operation in the 60s which conspiracy contemplated killing their own and blaming Cuba, using drone aircraft and making US jet looks like Mig jets: Operation Northwoods, which was de-classified under Clinton's Administration.

There have clearly been a number of those in Syria

Claims of shooting own people - rather than fighting insurrection and terrorists

Ridiculous claims of assad gassing own people - actually done by radicals initially described as free syrians

As I said long ago, it would have been far better if the UK and France had worked with Putin and Assad ...

... only trouble is it wouldn't have been necessary and Putin wouldn't be supporting Assad so openly if the sauds and Yanks hadn't staged and supported the radicals to try to overthrow Assad at any cost.

.. and because its the yanks, we now can't do whats right - but France may get a way along that path.

 

We are sailing into the wind of a sheetstorm created by the yanks power mongering.

The simple facts are (and have been for a long while now) we need Assad to be able to even have a chance of putting a lid on it.
