Hi, I would like any advice you may give. My wife received a letter today regarding possible mis-sold PPI with this company while using Littlewoods catalogue. It gives a freephone number to call and i quote says "you may belong to a small group of customers to whom we may have mis-sold PPI"

Is this genuine and should she call them. What does she need to watch out for if she calls.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

They aren't offering to refund money - they, like many other companies have been ordered to, by the Financial Conduct Authority.

It's not a con. They have been ordered to give money back but you need to calculate the reclaim yourself to make sure they don't shortchange tou

...to self investigate. and if they think there may be a prob, then to write to the customer accordingly.

general q. wld it be ok to ask for details of the policies mentioned prior to sending the form/complaint in?
