hi,

 

 

we posted a complaints letter to VM[rec del]

 

 

only to be called by bpo posing as a mediation service used by VM,

 

 

All they are interested in is getting money out of you.

 

 

tried emailing ceo niel birkett, only to get a reply address does not exist.

 

 

Any body got a valid email address that is valid so i can go straight to the top

cos the minions in customer service are a waste of time

Hi and welcome to CAG. I have moved your post from the end of a very old thread to here so you will get more assistance.

 

Stop talking to them on the phone. If they ring, refuse to go through security or try it on them to pass your security checks :-D

 

Deal in writing only. Write to BPO and tell them you will only deal in writing and to remove your number from theier database.

 

If you have the facility to record your calls then let BPO hang themselves.
