hi, we posted a complaints letter to VM[rec del] only to be called by bpo posing as a mediation service used by VM, All they are interested in is getting money out of you. tried emailing ceo niel birkett, only to get a reply address does not exist. Any body got a valid email address that is valid so i can go straight to the top cos the minions in customer service are a waste of time . thanks guys
