About time too. Too many complaints about this company and too many threats from them against people who complain.

Finally we will all find out the truth and either we - or BES - can continue in peace.

Great news. I had dealings with this lot about a year ago. There was a happy ending for us but it was a stressful time for us all to get out of the verbal contract we had agreed with one of their 'brokers'.

Dear Freester,

So glad to hear someone has managed to get away from BES.

This sounds like a similar problem my friend has. BES called on the phone and promised better rates etc. My friend agreed. Next thing a contact appears in the post. It didnt require signing. It was spelling out the terms and conditions and now he is locked in for 60 months and his bills are dearer than before even though the rate per unit is meant to be cheaper. Termination has all sorts of penalty charges. I hope you dont mind me asking how you managed to get away from BES? ANy suggestions at all or pointers what to do would be greatly appreciated. I have seen the contract thing- teeny weeny small print and pages long and it charges for this that and everything. WHen he told me he entered this contract I thought how could he be so silly but I didnt realise he didnt see this written stuff until AFTER the phone call promising better rates etc so he had no idea what he was really letting himself in for. Thank you very much if you can help at all.

All BES victims

The deeper you delve into this horrific company the more you realise how corrupt it is, a class action is required to halt any further issues I have a QC waiting for your stories, ten more and we have a potential. contact me for details i will start a new thread also.

They have cost me all my money my relationship and my health, i have been in conflict with them for three years now, I am now suing for damages for a vast amount of money for the exact breaches in license that ofgem are investigating them for.
