MMF are pretty much on their final warning. They know this so they likely think they have nothing to lose, and theyre trying to get as much money as possible before their owners do a runner.

If anything happens with MMF I suspect a "phoenix" or a buy out will appear.

Do we know they are on a final warning? There is nothing recorded on their CCL. Is it just wishful thinking.

Been working around my MMF "project" for awhile now don't know of any final warning or similar action.

When i say final warning, i meant their credit licence reprimands. While those stay on the licence, it is for all intents and purposes, a final warning.

There is nothing on the old OFT register and nothing on the FCA register...unless of course you know different!

I don't recall the OFT adding a " minded to revoke" notice to MMFs file either.
