But Barry does still work there. However they were very illusive, when asked to speak to him (Hes not there blah blah blah)

Yes they have, there is a full time litigation paralegal employed ex Drydens I believe as well as a director legally qualified.

Mr sands doesnt run companies. He's just a compliance manager or similar. Strange how he's chosen a career with some of the most dubious of DCA's though.

Sands has never as far as I know been a principal director/owner of a company just Compliance Manager/ Director.

He's probably doing what a lot of people do. Set up their own company that says they offer services to various industries, so they can try and make themselves look professional. Even though the business only exists on paper and isnt actually running.

RJS Consultancy Services seem to be a bit elusive.

There is a company called Carbide Media (co.no. 07467922),if it is the same Robben Sands (D.O.B. 06/06/64)

It seems to be a market research company.

There is a Rob and a Robben Sands,both have DOB 1964.So I presume it it is the same person.

On one site,Mr Petty's mobile number is shown,for all to see.I do not know if it is his current one.

Update:

 

I have received a letter from MMF and they have bought and are chasing an old pounds till payday loan. I thought I had paid this but I can't find any evidence of it within my bank statements. I had so many debts I was dealing with at the time that I can't swear to the fact it was paid.

 

What would be my best course of action now? They are threatening a home visit which doesn't bother me to be honest. I would just ignore the door. The loan (according to my records) was taken out end of Feb 09 so not now SB but certainly not far off. Should I delay by requesting a copy of the credit agreement? Should I just ignore them completely and hope they get bored?

 

Advice, as always, greatly appreciated.

Send them a prove it letter. Its up to them to prove a debt exists and hasnt been paid. Not for you to prove otherwise.

Hi

If you can stand the letters emails and phone calls you could well ignore them. They do however sometimes litigate or so im told.

I put up with it for a while and then sent a prove it letter combined a request for in writing only and a complaint about them giving personal details by email. This is currently an ongoing complaint.

So its a mixed school of thought.
