Just a question really, under the new Taking Control of Goods: National Standards dated April 2014 in the Complaints/Discipline section it says:

"The debtor should be able to easily find out how to make a complaint and obstacles should not be placed in their way."

I know I have looked on the Bristow and Sutor site for their Complaints procedure in the last 24 hours and found nothing, and I just wondered if the others had hit the same brick wall with other Enforcerment Agents.

You are correct, there doesnt appear to be a "How to make a complaint" section on their website. But their address is above - just head your letter "Formal Complaint"

They are obliged to provide you with a copy of their complaints procedure if you request it.

The enforcement industry have fought for these regulations for a long time and it is beyond belief that their 'governing body'; CIVEA have not even bothered to updated their website with Guidance on the new regulations. Even their 'Complaints' page has not been updated. Again. it beggars belief.

Bristols & Stupor also appear to be trying to bring existing payment arrangements into the new system where they have no levy but the agreement is not in breach. Typical behaviour for this vicious shower. Bet these would be as stupid as the other lot formerly known as Drakes, and insist they could enforce in Scotland.

Any Formal Complaint sent to Busted & Stupor, should also go to the CEO of the creditor and the debtor's MP.

We could do with some help from you.

As usual a CEO will hand any such complaint down the line of command and it would eventually fall on the desk of staff 'trained' by bailiffs. Mp's have had no training so they will simply refer everything back to the LA's and accept whatever is told to them......the roundabout syndrome with debtors unable to get off?
