Hi Caggers in the past I have never paid a PCN and never will do, but my gut instinct is telling me think twice with this one. The PCN is from Civil enforcment ltd, they sent me a charge because I stayed over my time by 30 mins. THe problem I have is that when they sent the charge to me they only sent evidence of me leaving the car park and not entering. called the british parking assosiation and they have told me the have to send me evidence of entering and exiting and that they are not happy they have done this. called these cowboys and spoke to a young lady and she said they dont have to and if I want it then I have to put it in writing. if anyone has got any advice or had the same problem please help me sort this company out

Just a question really, under the new Taking Control of Goods: National Standards dated April 2014 in the Complaints/Discipline section it says: "The debtor should be able to easily find out how to make a complaint and obstacles should not be placed in their way." I know I have looked on the Bristow and Sutor site for their Complaints procedure in the last 24 hours and found nothing, and I just wondered if the others had hit the same brick wall with other Enforcerment Agents. -
i have just had a high court enforcment group notice of seizure put through my door for £3000 with my wifes car reg number on. i was in business 3 years ago but stopped in aug 2009. the santander finance commision i received they want it back and have taken me to court from an address i have not been at since oct 2010. the warrant now has my home address on but this is the first communication i have seen. can they enforce this as i have never been to court and have had no letters from santander the court or hce. regards help please peter
