I had same problem with CASH4PHONES, I sent a brand new blackberry phone with screen protector etc..was quoted £65. Once cash4 phones received the phone, they say, there was moderate wear and tear and only offered £52.98.I accepted the £52.98 because I did not want them to return the blackberry in a damaged state.I did not trust them.It took aver a month to get the cheque.I was so anxious and stressed ,I could not get in touch with CASH4 PHONES by telephone or email for a long time.I eventually mentioned about talking to trading standard and sent them a recorded delivery letter requested payment, stating that they have breached their contract.I should not have been greedy and there was better and more reliable company offering £52..00 in the first place.I strongly advise people to be very careful before choosing CASH4PHONES.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
