Hi guys

I have just had a call off Lowell group of companies its regarding an old debt. I never answered the call As I didn't know the number however it was a local area code how do they do that and is it allowed

its a new dodge they use via Skype call I think

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

I've had a lot if texts off the above numbers but my mobile allows number barring.curiosity got the better if me so I rang number from payphone and the number was not recognised.that is the number that showed up as a local area code

Matters not!

A formal complaint to the OFT and a definite complaint to Ofcom for the misuse of the communications network, if they ring again and you answer, just laugh and hang up, get onto your phone provider and go through their malicious calls procedure, if you have to change your number, then sue the clown outfit who forced you to do so.

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!
