received a presumably standard letter this morning saying they are sorry i had to complain but they have my account on hold whilst this takes place.

Deepinthedoo, they must have started a new policy, they normally come back with a letter that answers nothing, perhaps your complaints have them worried or after recent court rulings on harassment they have turned to a new page when dealing with people. The letter is at least proof that they received your complaint.

Received a reply Saturday to both my emails and request for the cca (for some reason they returned my postal order?)

 

Anyway a load of blurb and the cca , means very little to me what is my next step please?

The basis of the letter re the phone calls is that because i did not respond to some of there letters ( i did but not all of them) they reserved the right to re start telephone contact

 

They then state they have now suspended telephone contact again

deepinthedoo, When it comes to the paperwork I am no expert. I am hoping the brigadier will look at it soon. If he tell you to reject it. then it will be gospel. I will keep an eye out for his reply mate and get back to you!

Ok I'm pretty sure that the agreement is ok, this newish EU format is confusing, luckily I've seen a few recently.
