Got a reply from FOS and they say that Nationwide have done nothing wrong, and are quite entitled to put a charge on my house. They considered that they had treated me ok, and they were within their rights. Going to go further with this, need to know what to put in the review

Can anyone tell me, if a creditor can ask you for a expenses/income details, even though you are offering them £20 a month on two debts. I thought only a court could ask that?

Its the Natiowide again.

They have now transferred my overdraft debt to Moorcroft.

Nationwide did not give me any warning, as I was paying them my token payment of £1 a month, which they accepted.

I couldn't see my a/c on line, to see what was happening,

I assumed all was good, until I received a letter last week, saying that it was unsatisfactory,

and that they were passing it on to someone,

no mention why or who.

I am about to email Moorcroft,

and would like an idea what to say.

I still cannot access the templates in the library.

thanks in advance

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Another letter from moorcrap, threatening to advise their client (Nationwide) to bring me to court. I thought Nationwide had sold my debt?? Nationwide have never answered any of my emails about my account, and now this. Who is moorcroft, and why are they saying their client.

But does that mean the debt is still owned by Nationwide, as they have ignored me over the last months, when I have emailed them several times, asking them what is going on, as I cannot see my account on line any longer, so I am not paying into a thing that I can't see. Worried though, they are very tricky to deal with, and have threatened me with court again.:???:

Back again,

Moorcrap are now saying they can offer me discount and

if I don't contact them, they will do a doorstep visit, and what time would I be in.

This has been with the FOS, and I have had no word back from Nationwide,

and I did not accept the FOS decision,

yet Moorcrap seem to have the debt.

Back again.

I have just received a letter from Registry Trust Limited,

stating that they have data on me with a undefended default.

the sum of money is familiar, and it is my Nationwide Credit Card.

I never knew anything about this, and in fact was waiting for Nationwide to contact me,

after they withdrew their solicitors letter, and court proceedings some time ago.

What does this mean, and I did not defend it, because I didn't know it happened.

So worried about all of this, and their jargon frightens the life out of me.

On reading Stepchange, they cannot obtain a CCJ without getting some kind of money order and they havent done that either.

Are they demanding the money, I haven't received anything from the court itself.

This letter from Registry Trust was sent to my home address today

Let me know if you can see this letter from trustonline.org

The solicitor has written to me saying that they put this on hold from June, but that once it is with the court, it can't be withdrawn. When this was done, I was still in negotiations with Nationwide to pay back the debt.

Hope this is ok
