Hi, I have previously with much hassle negotiated with Nationwide for reduced repayments on my credit card. However when I moved in November I had to change my address with them, they would only let me change it in their branch for security, and ever since I moved I haven't received a monthly statement. As I know longer possess the card they won't talk to me over the phone so I have been into my branch at least 6 times trying to chase this up. The lady in there phoned them and they sent me copies of statements and they do have my new address. Yet again this month though I haven't received a statement. The lady in the bank said I can pay the bill without a statement but I am reluctant to do this as I want to check the money I am paying is actually coming off my balance and going to the right account. Could someone please help as I am getting very fed up with Nationwide and their unhelpfulness!
