Nova Retail Finance- Contacts

Hi everyone,

 

Just wondering if anyone knows whether Nova Retail Finance is still trading or not.

If so, what are their contacts?

Basically, a few years back, I purchasde furniture from DFS on credit and was financed

by Nova. It is all paid off now but would like to claim PPI.

 

I made a CCA request and used the address below but the letter was returned;

 

Nova Retail Finance

11 Albion Street,

Leeds,

West Yorkshire

LS1 5ES

 

The telephone and fax number listed are also not working.

I will appreciate if anyone can tell me if they are still in business and if so,how /where to contact them. .

No, there is no reason. The only thing is that apart from my bank statements showing the DD,

I haven't got any paperwork. I thought I would write to Nova as they were the financers.

Should I go to DFS instead?

I would go through DFS, send them a SAR request, they will send you all the data they have over the last 6 years. Send it Recorded. You just need to send your name and address, template can be found in the library. Send it to DFS's Registered Office, the address should be on their website.

Spreadsheet can be found in the Library, don't forget to claim interest on your PPI payments.

I thought I should post it incase some one may need it in the future.
