DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

For my initial contact I was told by Hillesden to write to:

Customer Relations Office

Citicards

CitiFinancial Plc

PO Box 49920

London

SE5 7ZF

I got a response and their letter said to send any further correspondence to the Pride Park Derby address. I noticed that address is also the same used for egg. I sent my LBA to this address but if I don't get a reply I will send one more letter giving 7 days and sent it to their head office address in London.

Thanks for replies.

Wanted to be sure that I'm using the correct one,

if this has to go to court,

which it probably will do, as it's a [edit] and I don't want to be messed about and knocked back for using the wrong location which at the end of the day has got to be a registered office????????

The stickys don't seem to give a definitive answer...claims seem to be flying all over the place!!...:|

Given the stalling, and well known non compliance from Citi in the past,CAG suggests that all correspondence is done via their Canada Square offices, irrespective of where they may dictate.

If they want to re-route internally from there, then thats up to them.

But service of legal docs needs to be going to their reg office, and a SAR can be counted as a legal doc.

as in post 2 and the stickie..............

There is absolutely no need to be using PO box numbers-when full addresses are available.

Adress to send all legal documents including requests under the Consumer Credit Act.

Registered Office33, Canada Square, LONDON, E14 5LB

This applies for ALL Citi Financial accounts and former Associates Accounts.

Yup, that’s the registered office address in the footer of the their letters so if I don’t hear anything back within 14 days from the Derby address I will send a final 7 day letter to the Canada Square address with proof of posting, and will use that address to serve any future court docs.
