Is a 100% satisfaction guarantee worth anything at all? I lost my business of many years due to the crash in 2008. After a while I decided to start a new enterprise but with very little money left I needed to be really careful. I took time in selecting the company to build my website...and made a mistake! They offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I am not satisfied. They know very well I am not satisified. They were hopeless and never provided what they agreed to provide. all they say is 'we have done more than we agreed' and refuse to discuss it. I have demanded my money back to no avail. I'm reluctant to sue because I had to do it once in the past and although I won I was still out of pocket. What do you think? I've paid them a bit less than £600 and could do with it! The site is unusable and offline now.
