Hi all....in a pickle here...and just wanted to see if there is a way out. Bout a car from the above...2 years later changed it for another and they ...'bumped up' the finance.

Last year..bankrupt..they let me keep the car and pay half the monthly payments...very helpful....but now.....

I really need to get rid of the car but they keep saying theres nothing i can do cos I still owe 7000 for a car worth about half of that.

There has to be a solution to this...any ideas folks......ive checked the egreement it is all enfoceable etc.

I apologise in advance for this but I have a good reason for asking.

Where do all these finance companies...short term loans and car finance...where do they get their money from.

As I said...I have a good reason for asking......its far too complicated and long winded to explain in here...that will just open up hundreds of other questions and the post will be flooded with answers I dont need....for example...'whats the reason for asking'.

Ok well good luck to you.

I did have a very comprehensive explanation of how finance companies operate but it's really not that simple and I would have to impart a lot of information that might warrant the asking of other questions from you or other users and I can see that this would not be the kind of thing you would appreciate.

As I say though, good luck.
