I owe Egg 5,000 but not heard anything from them since may 2009 ? Whats going on ?

I really want to avoid a claim for ccj landing on my doorstep .

I think I paid ppi or had a lot of charges certainly.

Its SB later this year I think sep oct time not sure.

ill check later but I think the SAR showed no PPI but lots of charges .

They also sent me a copy of original CCA so I know they have this.(2002 I think )

Are you saying dx they need a CCA with new number tho to get through court ?

They must have the Original properly executed agreement to produce in court and get judgement id what they have supplied is different e.g. account number then it is not compliant.

Well I've still heard nothing so I've been back through my bank statements on line as can go back about 7 years . My last payment to egg was 15th Nov 2008 so it will be 6 years this Nov . I so hope they don't suddenly issue a court claim now ! When would the 6 years be up exactly on the Nov 15 ?
