Hello there I need some advice and not sure where too start? I live in scotland and I have a debt which is over 5 years old now I understand it is statute barred in scotland now (5 years) cause I live in scotland. I have a template and I am away too fill it out I have one problem tho I do not have any account ref number as I have only seen it on my credit report file? Do i put details down of my previous address or my date of birth?
