Hi there - I too bought a Shenergy bed from Park Beds back in December 2009 and since January this year have been noticing the bed visibly sagging on both sides and us both having backaches when we waken.I was just about to contact Park Beds when for some reason I did a search and found this post and was shocked at how many others were in the same boat.I did a bit research and it does say in Secion 75 of the Consumer Credit Directive / Consumer Rights that is a company doesnt live up to what they promised/described then you should be able to claim for a refund. Now we know this isnt possible due to the company gone bust (or whatever the proper term in) but if you paid by credit card you should be able to still claim.I personally dont have the credit card I paid with (but still with the bank for accouts and mortage) so it looks like I have missed out.For those looking for a new mattress and were happy with the memory foam one, I just went onto Which website and there best buy is a Silentnight 3 Zone Memory Foam mattress approx£199/£250, it even scored better them the Tempur mattress. I just ordered one from Amazaon for £159, wish me luck as I'm so in need of a good nights sleep.ThanksJ.
