getting the ball rolling

hi all, just started the ball rolling by contacting the complaints dept of barclays. i have also ordered my last 6 years bank statements ( at a cost of £5) to see what the charges are for myself.

they have given me a ref number, to aknowledge receipt of the complaint.

can anyone tell me what to do next, without having to read every page on this web site.

sorry , bit rubbish when it comes to this banking stuff.

to give you an idea...... i worked it out roughly, they owe me about £2800.
