hi all, just recieved my letter of offer. the total i am claiming is.... according to barclays is £1950. i make it at least £2420, but they have offered £948. needless to say, i have rejected this out of hand. i want, and will demand full payment of all incurred charges. can anyone help with the difference in amounts between myself and barclays. the figure i have come up with includes charges since i started the action !

hi folks, i called barclays last tuesday to ask for all my charges to be reimbursed. i was told that my complaint would be dealt with in 5 working days, obviously it has'nt. what should i do next ? barrie. ps. i have now got thae bank statements i ordered on the same day. they took 2 days to come.

you need to order your bank statements from the last 6 years. it will cost £5 for these. call 08457 555555. you can order these on that number. barrie.

hi all, just started the ball rolling by contacting the complaints dept of barclays. i have also ordered my last 6 years bank statements ( at a cost of £5) to see what the charges are for myself. they have given me a ref number, to aknowledge receipt of the complaint. can anyone tell me what to do next, without having to read every page on this web site. sorry , bit rubbish when it comes to this banking stuff. to give you an idea...... i worked it out roughly, they owe me about £2800. regards barrie.
