Help with Monthly OD Charges

Hi All

 

Great forum etc, I am just finalising my application for First Direct.

 

I have a question - I seem to have been charged different "overdraft fees" in different months - some times it is £15, some £20, some £25 and some £30.

 

I understand I can cleanly claim for the Excess OD charges, but my understanding is I can't claim for "normal" OD charges - so why do they change?

 

I am a bit lost, I have read the FAQs and previous posts but I am still not sure.

 

Do I claim for the monthlt od fees as they always change and as such must be punitive?

claim for them all regardless of the amounts, I have some amounts on mine that alter with time - it does not make a difference though as they all count!
