The problem is that the ****** has judged lodged ANOTHER APPEAL!!! even though he has had the warning off the appeal judge. He will not take no for an answer, and because

he currenty has a few bob tucked away, he is more than happy to risk his whole business over a poxy couple of grand car.

 

But dont worry.....ha,ha costs keep racking up for this idiot, and he is gonna need a ****full of cash to get out of this mess he's in....

Ive still got mine on-going, but as the court awarded the finance amount on my case as i was too ill with depression to fight it, the debt become secured on my house

 

oddly enough, had one of his 'henchmen' turn up a couple of weeks ago out of the blue!

not been back to court since the judgement 7odd years ago,

but this idiot said it had in the last few weeks.

rang court - they had no idea what he was on about. total lies

 

Bout time one person won against this vile specimen.

let him pay out as much as all the money he has stolen

or ripped off other innocent customers!

I know this post is from some time ago but I would love to know what the final outcome was and if NWJ finally managed to get this off their backs?
