Nooo, Tills, but you can't please everyone, so you need to pick a date which fits 3-4 people and then set it as the date. Otherwise, you'll still be trying to find a date by next xmas. Same for location, remember for the London ones, we argued it for weeks until I said: Ok, this is where we're meeting.

 

Trust me, it's the only way to do it. ;-)
