DPA Letter

Hello, my Girlfriend sent the DPA letter last week and they speedily responded to say they need permission to deduct £5 for the info. What I'd like to know is, when she replies given permission, should she refer to the original letter and now state you have 33 days to reply. (or how ever many days are left.)

Actually, the 40 days only bgins from the time that the fully complete (paid) request is received by an appropriate peson.

 

However, tell them they only have 33 days left. It has become clear that their staff development is too poor to understand details like this.
