How irritating does peeps find it, that the banks can have all cases stayed, but can still charge you £39. ?

I Wish you everything you wish yourself.

 

NatWest Claimed £1,639. Accepted £1,344.

Natwest Paid me again as GOGW £1,656. Yes they can have it back if they say please.

Barclays 1 Claimed £1,260. Won by default. Paid in full

Barclays 2 Claimed £2,378. Won by default. Paid in full

Birmingham Midshires. Claimed £2,122. Accepted £2,075.

this is one of the reasons I am chasing Purgery.

 

The judge says yes we have a case but the banks can still charge us even no they may be unlawful.

 

There is no justice in this test case as of yet.

 

I do not think the judge will rule bank charges unlawful I think he will put a rate where the charges are unlawful.

 

Any way I am appealing against the way the charges were applied to my account.

Then you should understand direct debit charges can not be applied on a authorised transaction.

There are some Caggers (who are experts on everything) that always seem to post opinions as if they are facts. Then later, when the Op asks how to take xxxx to court to get their money back, the expert disappears because they are suddenly out of their depth.

 

If it's a fact state it, but if it's an opinion or a guess (and there's nothing wrong with those) then let the OP know this, so they know exactly how to use the info.

 

There is nothing worse than letting a new user think they will have an easy time resolving their issue, when the reality can be far different.
