Hi papadak, just noticed you haven't had a response to this yet.

 

Do you have any additional information on this please? E.g., cash deposited - exceeded fee....... how can you exceed 'fees' if you've actually deposited cash?

With my Abbey business account it was free banking but there were then added charges for exceeding £3000 paid in within 1 calendar month.I have added these to my claim but now I'm starting to think I've done my claim all wrong I just listed every charge |I had in the last five years(duration of account)added the interest and sent it to them with the template letter.
