I have already sent a non-compliance letter saying that I will go through my local county court to obtain the statements if they didn't send them to me within 7 days. Those 7 days have lapsed and I have read and already started writing my POC but because I don't know how much I am owed I don't know how much it will cost. It does say that its £150 if it a claim for anything but money, but that seems an awful lot for a few statements that should only cost £10 if the bank complied with my request in the first place.

Sorry for being a pain, I want to get this right

If its Barclays that havent sent your statements have you tried ringing 0800 282 390 and speaking to someone there ?

Any typos spelling mistakes are due to leprechauns in my keyboard they move the letters around sometimes (amended just for Bookie)

Ok, I'm really confused now....

I have been asking Barclays for my statements for months, I have done the non-compliance letter and they still haven't replied. I now wnat to do the non-compliance Particulars of claim.

I have printed off and read the POC for non-complience. Is this all I need to send, with the red bits filled in with my case details or is there a covering letter or something that goes with it. It doesn't seem like thats all I should send to my county court.

Any advice on this would be great, thanks in advance

You need to file a claim using form N1.

Send 3 copies of the N1 + 3 copies of the non-compliance POC's + 1 court fee.

You can download the N1 from here:

http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/c.../n149_1105.pdf

Fill in the details online and print off several copies before closing

(you can't save it)

In the POC space put 'See attached Sheet' and print off 3 copies of the non-compliance POC's on a separate sheet and staple it to the N1
