I am not following, so call me stupid, but what exactly is wrong?

Isn't the limit in Scotland £750 for small claims?
-
Yes there is a letter of rejection in the templates section where all the letters are. They are trying to fob you off with the financial ombudsman so don't worry too much. Keep to your timetables and your procedure.
-
Yes looks like its all correct, you need to wait your 40 days now, of course coming closer to the time you may want to chase them up to ensure they are complying! Speedy response I must say!

Keep us informed!

Currently looking into a PPI claim, your information and insight onto how you have fared so far would be gratefully appreciated on the PPI forum which is here http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/ppi/

Excellent news, as soon as you receive payment please PM a moderator with your claim details so we can put it in litigation concluded, also kindly complete the survey (link at top of page)...well done and congrats!
-
You really need to wait until they have been debited.
-
What query specifically do you have about this sold on debt? Who was the DCA as a matter of interest.
-
You have two issues here, I am persuming the latter is payment protection insurance, if so here is a link to a forum for it http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/ppi/ As regards sending letters, first class standard is fine, however personally i send them recorded, but that is up to you, whichever way is fine!
-
You can do it two ways, the first is to send another lba stating that they have 7 days to respond, this is just to remind them of your case, however, you can proceed as normal and issue a small claim if you wish without advising the bank again...up to you. I am persuming your lba was sent at the end of sept?
-
Yes again don't worry, their letters have always reached you in the past, there is no reason yours have not reached them, if you have heard nothing proceed as normal.

Right, Firstly you need to fill in an exemption form for not paying court fees, http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/H...t_forms_id=168 you can fill it in online and have it ready to bring to court along with your claim form and schedule of charges. Your N1 form is your claim form, in the big space on page two you need to fill in your POC (particulars of claim) So to clarify, for court you will need: Exemption form Copy of tax credits certificate (they may require more proof, give them a ring before you go in. N1 form - 3 copies Schedule of charges - 3 copies Make sure it is all signed. Thats all you need at this stage. Hope that helps.

Any news melly? -
The interest this refers to is not the 8% that you can only claim at court stage, it is the interest accrued on your account due to going overdrawn due to your charges, if you are not claiming this, leave it out of your letter.

How do you define a true, signed copy of the agreement?
bearo replied to modifydirect's topic in General
Well, if they are photocopies of the original agreement, that is as per your request to them, I dont quite know what you are getting at here? -
Lloyds defence/c.claim received is this normal reponse? ??
bearo replied to sue wright's topic in Lloyds Bank
Sorry, I just missed the top bit of your last post...a possible call to the court to ensure they received all paperwork and mcol etc may be advisable. They have no basis for the claim it is vague if you sent a schedule to them,
