  2. As dx says...not a criminal offence ...you have a Dmp being set up and these can take time ...pass all paperwork recieved to your Dmp ...if you write back to any of the creditors refer them to your Dmp complete with your ref no. then ignore. Do not speak on the phone everything in writing only

Are the fos still involved ...if so update and send them the dates /times & write out anything said on the phone ...and leave it to them to sort ...as I am led to believe the account should not have been passed on whilst under investigation with fos . Sure you must be well fed up with this but you will grind them down in the end .

Thanks for the help guys Intend ...I have had a quick read around the BCOBS and to be honest if baffles me so atm I will leave that area alone unless you can point me to any quotes from it that may help ...I intend to send an e-mail followed up with a copy letter to Tim Tookey later today ( just in case the computer at the other end says no and it becomes deleted ...oh dear why would I think like that ) Night owl ....I was trying to read your epic tale with Lloyds tsb but I fell at the point when your post became hyjacked...as I will be drafting the e-mail across today I hope (many deletions already ) I could do with some pointers as to the direction I should be going. I want to not have to play letter tennis with many departments and so this is why I am going straight for the juggler so to speak and direct to Tim Tookey...it has also crossed my mind that the April tax year will be upon us and why do I feel like this has got something to do with what is going on withi Lloyds putting me into a worse position than when my DMP began in 2010 as it will be when April arrives ! Look forward to any help that can be given and understaning that you still have your own dilemas to contend with atm . Good luck!

Would it be the Gresham Street London ... as there are so many adressess for them ....we wrote to the Financial Management Unit in Andover SP10 1RE ...The letter in reply today came from Collections Post Team in Brighton BN1 4GY ....

  10. Hi just started my own thread regards lloyds and starting to unfreeze overdraft fees on a dmp ...could you take a look please ! cheers and good luck as we are just starting out on this one hope you don`t mind me asking

No we use payplan dx We spoke to Payplan about it and we said that we would send a letter to lloyds regarding the intrest and have had the letter back today from lloyds ...as yet we havent spoke to payplan regards the letter yet ...as we are aware that they are not obliged to freeze ...its just seems odd that they are deciding to charge again Think we may have to send the sar to lloyds & continue the payments with dmp & await the outcome Can`t say that other half has had any statements though ! dx what part of the BOCBS would be applicable if when we write to them again about this letter could we quote to them as first point before the sar
  13. Not sure to be honest dx ? Should we do a SAR ? to lloyds and continue paying through the DMP until we get the reply back ?

Hi Advice please ...Lloyds overdraft on DMP paying pro rata since 2010 intrest was frozen December 2011 started to charge intrest again !....have wrote to them and they now refuse to freeze so the overdraft will now be where it was when we started the DMP within the next 3 months ! I am aware they are under no obligation to do so but they just say at this time they cannot freeze it anymore ...seems pointless now in paying what we are paying as it is just not going to go down

Ask for a reconsideration first ...write to your DM and high light your points of whats been missed or not taken into consideration on your med form and highlight the points one by one ....state you are asking for recon. so you don`t have to go to full tribunal I did and got mine sorted within 1 month of submitting the recon. Try and work out your points the lowest and the highest from the discriptors you can find on the DWP website . Its worth it

  17. Well as you say you did a SAR and got nothing back You have done a I do not Aknowledge You have checked your CRA They are trying it on ....ignore they have to prove not you and the time length means SB
  18. As for the cancellation letter just state that you have decided to not to use their services ....thank you. No need to elaborate but do point out that the date.
  19. Send them back and make sure you send them rec or reg. at once! Check that they have not taken anything out and if poss. get her to cancel the card and ask for a new card no. asap. if you can do this before anyone trys to take money then it will cut out the long process of having to get the refund
  20. Is that all of the CRA files they update you on ...if not do a trial on all the others but remember to cancel
  21. It sounds like you may have been put into the WRAG group ....I asume that you are on the old IB if so just make sure that your next payment is paid as usual and the correct amount if not and you hav`nt had a letter to tell you the amount you will have to contact them...
  22. What is the date on the letter you have ?...it may just be that it was typed up before the phone call ?

Todays news on BBC Insurance firms Direct Line and Churchill - both owned by RBS - have been fined £2.17m for tampering with customer complaint files before submitting them to the Financial Services Authority (FSA). DONT THINK DIRECT LINE WOULD WANT TO BE REPORTED AGAIN ....OR DO THEY ....? Do what is suggested and as Dx100 says ignore Morecrap
  24. At least it give you the amounts per couple or single person as a guide & the guide as to the amounts per child as well....which I feel will help people do own DMP`s better knowing they have put down an amount that hopefully the DCA`s would`nt try to alter
