Sorry to hear your problem ...having been there I sugeest you ask for a reconsideration first this will be faster ...when you have the reprt from the medical and I say that tonge in cheek have a look at the discriptors online ( link to them somewhere on here ) and go through your medical report point by point you will be able to get a rough idea of how many points you should have scored and go from there . Write your letter on this basis point by point . If you can get someone to help even better . good luck Spots1

Hi there you will be lucky if you get any sense out of this lot they are a shambles to the end and they give you no room either way ... .report them to the oft and then report them to fos. ..keep the ball rolling on this lot we still hav`nt finished with them yet !!! The more they get reported the better . ...2009 they had a minded to revoke license . ..and please do not speak to them on the phone as this lot will be rude and obnoxious to the end . ..they even get it wrong when you write to them but then at least it can be proved . Oh and if you get put onto their complaints section the head of it only passed his probation later end of last year !!!! Most of the crew are aged in their late 20 to 30 so they have an ego and are driven by targets!!! Good luck in getting any thing back but please do report them as thats the only way to get the industry looked at more !!!!

OMG that is awful ...thought I was having problems but not so after reading yours .....I managed to get my appeal done in 2mths as I asked for a reconsideration first but I am now awaiting a call back for the group reconsideration due to further issues happening to me since then making me more imobile now then I was when had my assesment and recon done .

I have looked at the discriptors and I had to appeal the ESA award in the first place as the usual not enough points given even though report saying then what I could & could`nt do won that:-D but since then my condition has deteriated 2 further falls later in 2months:-( so had to phone them up and told them of what was happening they asked me to send another letter to them with the relevant x-rays to confirm and request the move to support group ...sent this letter on the 4/1/2012 ...just phoned them and the letter was passed to the DM on the 1/2/2012...so now I am awaiting a call back either today before 5pm or tomorrow before 1pm. Also to add to all the stress have to go to JCP for the WRAG interview on Thursday really want to get it sorted before then:|

So if this is correct then how are we supposed to live on nothing :/ I have been given contribution and put in wrag but my condition is degenerative and it says so on the reports but they still say I can do work when in fact by the time Jan 2013 comes I will have more degeneration of my problem :/ god help all of you that get cut off this year I feel for you all :/

Payplan take both into account ...OH wage and my IB/ESA although only one of the accounts that we pay on Dmp is a joint debt the other 2 are in effect OH cards :/ ....so should we then think again about it ?

I agree Sura mine missed out 2 conditions which were on my form that I filled out and also I sent in hospital reports and x-ray reports as I have more than one problem not just the mental health issue ....even said that I could do things that they never even asked or checked ...I refused to do 2 things and then they contradicted themselves later by saying I could do the dam things :/ Have you looked up the qual. of the person who did the assesment if it was a doc you can check the registration no. for the dates of qual etc.

Sura ...ring them up and request the medical report they have to send it to you ....the name and qual. if any are on there of whoever did the assessment ...you will find it a wonderful read Spots1

Yes I would ask ..I had mine cancelled 3 times due to them not having someone with the right qual.!! for the job only to find out after that the doc that did do mine had no idea regards mental health...he had only just qual. from med school ...did appeal and got ESA . I will make sure next time ...only hope there won`t be a next time though!! good luck

Hi ...I also sent attachments with the mail of the letters that had been sent from the depts ....and make sure you quote your DMP ref no. in complaint to them. And no problem brokebutnotbeatn these things happen when great minds think alike

Hi Cheekykitty Write a Formal Letter of Complaint mark it as such, Explain whats happened, how they have let you down and what you want them to do. Intend... perhaps you may have to contact the beardy bloke to tell him that the people he employs are not doing their job correctly... Still awaiting updated statement but that may be another week yet ...DMP have re-written to them along with copies of letters from CEO just so they don`t think of doing anything different to suit them ...I feel like I have POWER in my hands Thanks to all the advise guys ... Well the reply came from CEO office over the weekend must say happy with the stage it is atm.. REFUNDS GIVEN ON interest on overdraft £123.74 account fee £ 12.40 returned d/d fee £ 20.00 these are all backedated to when the DMP started IN 2010 and were sent to the account on the 27th as we asked for so the debt on overdraft now reduced by the above Pending interest due to be taken today of £27.73 waived.. have checked the account and they have done as said on letter Credit card refund given of £332.41 & late payment fee £12 ....should have happened but awaiting an updated statement . All interest on both accounts is now freezed Although these refunds go back to when the DMP beganIN 2010 it`s a very good start so means that the DMP plan is back to where it should be As far as the reclaiming back from pre 2010 we will do that once we have the final paperwork and statements from Lloyds . The mail I sent to the CEO made no room as to what I wanted by using no.points and using terms like..... 1. I want Lloyds ......2. I will not ..... I also quoted what I would do if I had no satisfactory reply quoting OFT / FOS / BCOBS I also told them that I would not charge for this first letter but said that any further letter tennis with them would result in me charging the going rate at the time as far as letters went and further advise !!! think it worked

So I have my first interview regarding my ESA award...what happens and what should I or should I not sign ! Shaking as I type Its at JCP if that helps .

They must have gone on an OAP away day trip ...not seen them on tv for a few days either On the serious side I do hope you find them and get your money back .

When you hand deliver the letter make sure you get a reciept from the person you hand it over too....

Hi... We use payplan and they have managed to get them all to freeze ...not all will do it right away lloyds took 3mths to do but did in the end ...although Lloyds are now being funny after nearly 2yrs starting to charge it again buts thats on my post .... Payplan will have written a letter out to all of them with your pro rata payments and even if they don`t agree payplan will keep paying them what has been agreed they come round in the end once they see you have regular payments made... Try not to worry and you can always keep a check online and see whats happening once your payplan account has been set up Any letters you have sent you just get the barcodes from payplan and send them through unless you attach them to an e-mail ....any DCA that ring just tell them in writing and send it off to payplan )
